The Central Office project is a 17,000 square foot 2 story multi million dollar project that we designed the mechanical and electrical systems for in 2019/2020. The facility has a rooftop VAV systems for HVAC, including hot water reheat, and hot water snowmelting, as well as specialty lighting incorporating ASHRAE 90.1 lighting control systems. All plumbing fixtures were designed with no-touch features and filter systems upgraded to MERV 13 filters in response to COVID -19 concerns.
We have been fortunate to have Akron-Fairgrove School District, under the direction of Diane Foster, Supt., as a repeat client for over 10 years. We have designed new HVAC, plumbing, lighting, power, generator, data, camera, and security systems for their elementary, junior, and high schools. 2020 designs include new wireless ASHRAE 90.1 lighting control systems, new LED light fixtures at both campuses, new football stadium lighting, air conditioning throughout both campuses for newly incorporated 12 month school year.
We have worked on over a dozen facilities for Frankenmuth Credit Union recently. The largest project we provided mechanical and electrical design for is the 3 story office/banquet/retail establishment called Uptown North Main in Frankenmuth. This facility boasts a delicatessen, large event space, corporate offices, barber shop, health food store, and miscellaneous boutiques. Our MEP designs were fluid from start to finish as different tenants moved into the facility. Other projects include branch offices around the Tri City and thumb area.
This assisted living complex was built in Frankenmuth Michigan and has 77 private apartments and includes a theatre, hair salon, memory care wing, craft area, living room, dining area, and commercial kitchen. Each apartment was designed with a separate thermostat for the resident living there. This assisted living complex is only one of several that we have designed in recent years.
